November 16th – Moving into Mindfulness

with Bhante Sujatha

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm – With Bhante Sujatha. Please join Bhante Sujatha for a workshop introducing the true meaning of mindfulness and the ways we can begin to deepen our practice through this meditation process. Mindfulness is always available to us and its benefits can’t be counted. You will experience an almost immediate improvement in your present condition and find a joyful desire rise in you to keep going. We will learn how to deal with our thoughts, feelings and emotions and to focus on your breathing with practical tools to use mindfulness as a way to navigate through this life.

Cost: $25 per person

September 24th - Manipura Power – Awaken your 3rd Chakra with Scott William Thompson - $10 per person

4:00 pm – 5:30 pm – This meditation will awaken your power center .balance, awaken and tap into your intuition center. Scott William Thompson will guide you through a transformative meditation. Scott uses specific solefeggio sound frequencies along with sound bowls ,chants and vibrational tones . Scott will also provide a brief Karuna Reiki treatment during the meditation. This is a journey through sounds,tones chants and frequencies. This is a meditative healing experience no yoga experience is required. Cost: $10 per person

October 8th - Reiki Circle - Guided by Kari Whiteaker - Donations

5 pm - 6:00 pm - Kari Whiteaker, is a Usui Reiki Master, Intuitive Empath, Chakra Energy specialist, Sound Healer, and Meditation Specialist. The main purpose for the Reiki Circle is to share, give, and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, and positive energy. A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness. This is a donation based class. We ask that you donate a minimum of $5 cash please.
